    Oversaw Finance, Controlling, IT, Procurement, and HR for a growing global mid-size firm. Grew revenues from €130 M to €450 M, launched 13 production sites, and led Asian JV, Mexico and US expansion of privately owned business.

    CFO & Senior Controller – International Leadership

    Led strategic and operational financial management of the Wheels business unit across France, Spain, Germany, and a JV in Turkey. Implemented international controlling systems, led M&A processes, and managed over 2,000 employees. Also served as CFO for VIA Michelin in Paris.
